What should I expect for my Pay-Per-View fee?
This applies to LIVE events only.

The internet is not perfect.  Thus, the web cast crew is responsible for sending up to the server the best possible feed that they can.  The web cast crew has no control over how you connect to the web cast server.  The crew will verify using several outside sources if the feed is working and monitor quality.  However, the web cast crew can not control the speed at which you connect to the internet or the equipment you are using to connect to the server.  Each person is unique and each person’s equipment is unique.
The web cast may be choppy at times due to your connection.  This has nothing to due with the quality of the feed from the event.  This is a function of your connection to the internet.  Think of your connection as a water hose.  Any air bubbles in the hose will cause the water to hiccup.  This is the same premise as the web cast.  In most cases the audio will be clear and will not drop.  The crew will feed up to the internet at a rate no less than 200kbps.  Your Windows Media player should be able to recognize the best bit rate to feed to you.          Web casting a live event is NOT the same as TV.  The web cast will not be clear like TV or be fluid like TV.  This will not happen.  Web casting an event is also not the same as playing a video file online.  Both operate in a different way.

We want you to enjoy the feed, but please understand the limitations of web casting.
