Internet Explorer won't log me in!

Bizarre as it sounds, either add or remove the "www." from the address in your browser. For example, if the URL in the address bar shows http://www.horsecitywebcast.com and you cannot log in, take the "www." out of the URL and try again. Conversely, if you cannot log in without the "www." in the URL, try adding it. Blame Microsoft.  Also, you may find that after trying 3 or 4 times, that IE will take your request.  IE7 is the weird version with this odd error. 

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, please click the "Lost Password" below the Login menu on the right side of your page. You will need to know your username and the email address that you registered with in order to retrieve your login information this way.

If you do not know your username, it should be in the email that you received from us when you registered. If you no longer have that email, please send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it from the email address you registered with and your login can be reset. Please understand that we cannot reset your login without an email from the registered email address.

If you log in and nothing happens

If you are unable to log in to this site, the most likely problem is that your browser or firewall are not allowing a "cookie" to be set so that we can "see" you when you log in.

Please check your browser's security settings and be sure that "cookies" are enabled for the site "www.horsecitywebcast.com" and do the same with your firewall.

If you are unsure of how to check for cookie settings, please click on your browser's or firewall's "Help" menu and search the index for "cookies" and you should be guided through the process of enabling or disabling them. Unfortunately, there are too many browsers and firewalls to give specific instructions for each of them, but the Help menu always does the trick!

Changing your Browser's Cookie Settings

If you are using Internet Explorer, the instructions below may help:

Your browser’s Privacy setting is on either High or set to a Custom Level and needs to either be changed to a lower level, or you need to add our site to the "Allowed Sites" list.

To change your settings so that your browser will accept the appropriate cookies and allow you to log in, do the following:

In Internet Explorer, click on Tools >> Internet Options >> Privacy Tab

Set the level to Medium-High

OR you may want to add this site to your list of “Allowed Sites” in the same Privacy Tab. To do this:

Click the “Sites” button, then on the next window, type “http://www.horsecityextras.com” into the blank for “Address of website” and click the “Allow” button. The site name should then be moved into the box below, with a setting of “Always Allow” next to it.

You will probably need to re-start your computer for this change to take effect.
