Why is my feed is only showing one picture every few seconds?
Open your Windows Media Player. (On a PC - go to Start - Program Files - Windows Media Player). Open the player's options (right-click on the menu bar and select Options if no menu is available.) On the Performance tab, choose a lower connection speed. Auto-detect does not always select the appropriate speed. Even if you think you have a very fast cable connection, you may need to select a lower speed.

If you are still having problems, on the same Performance tab in options, change the Network buffering to buffer every 10 or 15 seconds of conent.

Next, try turning down your video acceleration, or turn it off entirely (on the same tab.)

Also, be sure that the feed is the only application running on your PC. Excel, Outlook, etc. rob RAM from your PC and will slow down the feed. Also, this feed is designed for people with broadband (high speed) Internet access (i.e. Cable, DSL). If you are on dial up AOL, Earhtlink, etc. the feed will be VERY slow and may only provide audio and no video.

If you pay for one of our Pay-Per-View events and have dial-up internet, we will not be able to issue you a refund if you cannot watch the webcast.
